How I am Helping - Getting the whispers of out of your head and put onto paper
Liz Carren is an artist, intuitive creator, and believer in the healing magic of creativity. Working through both traditional and digital mediums, her artwork blends color, emotion, imagination, and story into pieces that feel playful, soulful, and alive.
After facing a life-changing cancer diagnosis, Liz turned even more deeply toward art—not just as a creative outlet, but as a companion through healing, reflection, and transformation. What began as a personal daily practice became a way of listening inward, finding calm, and reconnecting with wonder.
Today, her artwork and workshops are rooted in that same spirit: gentle creativity, meaningful connection, and the idea that art doesn’t have to be perfect to be powerful. Her whimsical, heartfelt style invites viewers to pause, breathe, feel, and perhaps even see a little bit of themselves within the colors and lines.
Whether through original artwork, prints, mindful art gatherings, or other creative products, Liz’s brand is centered around one simple belief:
Art can help us heal, connect, and bring a little more magic into everyday life.

Art Medicine and Mindful Art Certifications
Let's journey together towards healing.
I have devoted myself to developing my innate gifts and talents into skills and wisdom that can help others. Both of these certifications recognize my deep commitment to expanding my capacity.
As an Art Medicine Practitioner, I now have vital tools for inspiring transformation and self-discovery through creativity. This certification empowers me to fulfill my purpose and share Art as a form of healing, too!
Mndful Art Facilator: "I'm deeply grateful for your commitment to the training, your growing process as a mindful artist and facilitator, and the meaningful connections we've shared during our Q&A calls. It's been a joy to witness and support your journey through seeing your creative process images and the care and depth of your workbook reflections. I especially loved how clearly, thoughtfully, and playfully you expressed your experience of mindfulness and creative expression...Thank you again, Liz, for your presence, your creativity, and your heart throughout this training. It's truly been an honor to support you, and I can't wait to see your mindful art practice continue to blossom."

"Liz's creativity has no bounds -- that is what defines her art. From computer graphics to watercolors and everything in between, Liz creates imaginative, whimsical, and highly original artwork that is as beautiful as it is inspirational. The diversity of her work is a testament to her ability to push artistic boundaries and create art for all."
- Patricia“In the stillness of a greenhouse wrapped in vines and softened by flowing water, Liz guides us with purpose — weaving rituals of meditation that root us in calm, compassion, and presence. Through watercolor, and mixed media Liz invites us to play, to create, and to open our hearts, transforming paper into landscapes of love. Liz’s leadership makes every session not just a class, but a sanctuary where art and spirit breathe together."
— Jennifer"Thanks to Liz, I have a daily reminder that 'done' is better than 'perfect'. And some days, that’s been what gets me through. I met Liz at a vulnerable time in my life, and since then, I have learned that her art and personality are a testament to the power of art to keep your spirit alive when you need it to survive. And you get that energy from her art. As my family and I move into our space, I look forward to being able to hang her art in my house because you can never have too much good energy around you.”

— TeriLiz - we received your absolutely beautiful and inspiring cards in the mail last night! I was going to start skimming through a couple of cards and coming back to revisit one at a time. Change of course! I couldn’t stop reading them so I got through the whole deck of cards. Amazing!!! The brilliant and often whimsical drawings, the creative visualizations that clearly inspired them, and the simple but powerful messaging has left such a positive impact on me! I can’t wait until Neal takes a peek at them! Thank you SO much!!! Regardless of a diagnosis or not, these are truly life-affirming!

Cancer Courage Card Deck
I have received The Cancer Courage Card deck and am delighted with it. Not only is it gorgeous, but it is healing and uplifting as well. I am not a cancer patient, caretaker, or survivor, yet I still see the wonder, joy, and use of this deck. I bought it for a friend who I want to support lovingly. As a meditation teacher, I love reading the affirmations, thinking about the journaling prompts, and looking at the image for inspiration. The artwork feels fresh, authentic, and unique. I have looked up other artwork by Liz. I will keep this website “in my back pocket” if I need a gift for someone else. Thanks, Liz, for creating such a beautiful and helpful product!
- Anja/Ohio"As a cancer survivor, this amazing work of art and prose is the inspiration I wish I would have had when I was diagnosed with and then went through treatment for breast cancer. Just feeling the glossy cards in your hands and looking at the gorgeous, colorful images is healing. Combine the wonderful art with Liz Carren's spot-on words of encouragement -- learned through her own cancer journey -- and you have a powerful, yet loving tool that any cancer patient (or their loved ones) will greatly benefit from. A true gift from the artist/survivor to others in any stage of their cancer journey."
— Patricia/Frederick MDAs a cancer survivor, this amazing work of I also created my own “Survi” named “Lumi” who comes with me each day. 5 more treatments left 🥳and I just wanted to say thank you for the inspiration. It has been so very helpful during this trying time 🩵💕
